Building foundations
Final-year students, recent graduates, or 1-4 years in consulting, analytics, operations, or product roles
Why this profile thrives at T314M:
T314M offers a rare opportunity to build advanced analytical capabilities and strategic frameworks at the start of your career—not years into it. You'll develop the process intelligence foundation that positions high-potential professionals for accelerated impact and long-term competitive advantage.
Deepening expertise
Mid-level professionals seeking process intelligence mastery
Why this profile thrives at T314M:
You already understand business problems—T314M gives you the process mining toolkit, data literacy, and strategic frameworks to deliver measurable impact and position yourself as a subject matter expert.
Driving transformation
Unit leads, project managers, and functional heads
Why this profile thrives at T314M:
T314M translates your operational experience into strategic advantage. Learn to diagnose process bottlenecks, build data-driven business cases, and lead transformation initiatives with confidence.
This program is intentionally small and selective. We admit professionals ready for deep work, not those seeking credentials. Every application is read by faculty. Not everyone will be admitted.
Rigorous, human-led, and transparent
Every submission is reviewed by the T314M faculty and admissions board
Your profile, background, and motivation statement are evaluated by our admissions committee. We assess professional readiness, domain alignment, and clarity of learning objectives.
This is not a checkbox exercise. We read every word of your application. Your motivation statement matters more than your resume—tell us why now, why T314M, and what you intend to achieve. Vague or generic submissions are declined at this stage.
Applications are independently scored by two faculty members across five dimensions: experience fit, analytical capacity, learning motivation, collaboration potential, and impact trajectory.
We use a standardized rubric, but scoring is subjective and holistic. Strong candidates demonstrate structured thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to connect process intelligence to real business problems. We're not looking for perfect scores—we're looking for fit.
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a brief interview with a faculty member or program director to clarify fit, discuss goals, and address questions about program expectations.
This is a mutual evaluation. We want to ensure T314M aligns with your career trajectory and that you're prepared for the program's rigor. Most interviews are conversational, but we may present a brief business scenario to assess problem-framing ability. Not all applicants reach this stage.
Admitted candidates receive a formal offer with enrollment details. Strong profiles who don't fit the current cohort may be waitlisted or invited to apply for a future intake.
Target decision time is ≤10 business days from submission. You'll receive clear communication at every stage. Admission is competitive—expect a <40% acceptance rate. Declines are final; reapplication is considered on a case-by-case basis.
